I often head out on fishing expeditions to feed this site, and once in a while I stumble upon something that applies to my day job. Currently in Canada’s capital, the group bringing CFL football and NASL soccer to Ottawa is conducting a “name our team” contest. Top candidates are top secret, but it turns out a week before the contest started, the company filed to obtain trademarks for a potential name. You can read my full report in the Citizen here.
